Events
SAVE has special events
throughout the year, both to increase community awareness and to raise funds to
support our programs.
We actively solicit
sponsorships for each event to underwrite the costs associated with the
event and to offer public acknowledgement to our major sponsors. We also
encourage businesses to donate items or gift certificates for silent auction and
raffle prizes. Contact us for more information about donating.
Volunteers are always needed to help with the planning and execution of each
event. Depending on the event, volunteer tasks include soliciting for raffle
and auction prizes, soliciting for food and drinks, decorations, registration,
set-up, and clean-up.

SAVE is often the beneficiary of fundraising events organized by community
